Circle Hook Original Rum bourbon-club bottled at 132We achieve the balance of this smooth yet complex spirit by blending two rums, one molasses based, one cane syrup based. We then harness the flavor enhancing the power of South Mississippi heat, aging the resulting product in new American oak barrels until our distiller deems it release ready.
