This Auxey Duresses Blanc is sourced from 40 year old Chardonnay vines grown on the clay limestone soils of the Les Crais vineyard, where farming is ECOCERT certified organic and performed entirely without machinery. Vinification occurs via indigenous yeasts, with both primary and malolactic
