These whiskies are made with a blend of Scotch and Japanese malt whiskies, brought down to bottling strength with volcanic stone filtered water. Nose: Toffee, red berry and a hint of violet. Palate: Pink peppercorn, orange peel, lingering toasted oak warmth. Finish: Macadamia nuts, strawberry jam.
