1、葉斑病：在高溫、高溼通風不好的環境中，其葉片易感染葉斑病。防治方法：加強通風透光，避免葉面長時間滯水。發現少量病葉應及時將其摘除燒燬，定期噴灑50%的多菌靈可溼性粉劑600倍液，每半月一次，連續3-4次。家庭盆裁時，個別植株少量葉片上出現的病斑，可塗抹達克寧霜軟膏。

黑天鵝絨海芋屬於小型岩生品種。葉子紋絡分明，厚厚的並帶點夢幻般的絨面觸感，像天鵝絨一樣很好摸。。

施肥：養盆栽觀葉秋海棠，隻需要在春秋兩季各在盆土上灑一些緩釋肥即可。如果溫度能維持在15~25度之間，可以每隔10天左右補充一次水溶肥，不僅可以促進長葉子，也能讓葉片長得更加斑斕，偶爾也可以開一點小花， 根據包裝上說明進行施肥。
