Spring Banksia and Parrots Still LIfe 155cm x 80cmNature of the Blue Mountains is inspiration for my work. Musicality is evoked by line, colour and overlaying rhythmic forms. This semi abstract piece depicts Australian native banksia and native bird life. There is a sense of joyful wonder in Kates playful nature series of banksia.
