Quite silk like, but it's an excellent quality poly faux silk. We feel it's as drapey, flowy and supple as silk, with chirimen's classic drape, pebbly weave, quite textured, mid lightweight, with a dry hand and no shine. These vintage pieces were once part of a kimono, and are in excellent condition. From Japan, probably 1980's.
