Cotton 32 x 7 x 3 in 2023 Inspired by traditional nautical knots, this piece reinterprets the figure 8 knot as a sculptural composition. I braid soft cotton using the macram crown knot technique and then shape the resulting rope into the figure eight form, creating a tactile rhythm that bridges tradition and contemporary fiber art. In
