Set of 12, Vintage Crystal Beaded 1" Buttons from Japan, Super Sparkly, #VB-22 Sari and Kantha and a cottony-silky feelFrom Japan, they are covered with very sparkly silvery clear beads. We assume the buttons are handmade and the beads are glass. Maybe 1950's? They have a small silver color shank and off white silk backing. We think this is the original tying with natural, maybe hemp, string. The buttons are 1" diameter, about 1 4" thick and as you can see, the edge sparkles with beads, too.
