Jasci & Marchesani - DOC Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo Linea Classica 2023 Mix Spirits it strikes a poised equilibriumCrafted entirely from Montepulciano d'Abruzzo, the splendid Cerasuolo rose, translating to "Cherry Red," acquires its deep, rich color through a brief maceration before the skins are removed. After hand picking, the grapes undergo a six month chilling and stabilization process in stainless steel tanks at 16C post maceration, ensuring the preservation of the fragrant bouquet's freshness.
