There is very slight cracking to the screen print in the heavy black area but it is hardly noticeable

I don't think they are really noticeable unless you're looking closely

Condition - I think it was new old stock before I washed it

Width at Hips - approx 41" across

I think it was originally a maxi dress and someone cut the middle out adding the bottom as a ruffle and making it a midi length
