All hand harvested from a single plot of less than one hectare, from 40+ year old vines, fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks; no oak. It's a wine with lovely freshness, but with some body as well. Citrusy, melony, a touch peppery, and with a nice mineral component. Excellent winemaking, and a gorgeous wine!
